Jamaican Franks ‘n’ Beans is an easy to make quick, delicious breakfast
dish.

1/2 pound(s) chicken frankfurters
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil – > View on Amazon

1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper– > View on Amazon

Step by step method

    Slice chicken frankfurters and set aside.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add frankfurters to the pan and stir continuously and heat through for about 1/2 minute.

    Add baked beans to frankfurters in frying pan.

    Add black pepper, garlic powder and chopped escallion and cook for approximately 2 minutes.

Tips & variations

  • Serve with boiled food or fried dumplings, fried breadfruit or fried plantains. Can be had for lunch or dinner with white rice.
