Ingredients
  

  • 1 cabbage chopped
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut up your cabbage and vegetables.
  • Sauté onion and peppers in oil.
  • Add garlic, carrot, cabbage and your spices (all spice, salt, pepper).
  • Add 1/4 cup of water, cover and steam until crunchy.
