- 1 cabbage chopped
- 2 carrots grated
- 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
Wash and cut up your cabbage and vegetables.
Sauté onion and peppers in oil.
Add garlic, carrot, cabbage and your spices (all spice, salt, pepper).
Add 1/4 cup of water, cover and steam until crunchy.
